Interim Chief Nursing Officer

Pay Rate: $230,000 - $240,000 annually.
Responsibilities
The Interim Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) will oversee high‑level operations within the facility.
Ensure departments are appropriately staffed and work with senior leadership to guarantee ancillary services meet patient care standards.
Act as a strong, visible, compassionate leader with a solid operational nursing background.
Maintain technical strength, change‑management skills, and relationship building with clinical staff and leadership.
Focus on accountability, action plans, and driving results.
Be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Active CA RN license required.
Compensation Details
Compensation Range: $230,000 to $240,000 annually.
Final compensation determined by experience, education, training, location, equity, and budget considerations.
Candidate may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement benefits.
Base range is a good‑faith estimate and may be subject to adjustment.
