Key Responsibilities
Represent both U.S. employers and foreign nationals in
employment‑based immigrant and non‑immigrant visa petitions ,
investment visas , and
family‑based petitions
Handle
consular processing ,
naturalization , and
compliance
before USCIS, DOL, ICE, and DOS
Draft and manage filings with precision and strategic insight
Collaborate directly with partners and clients on complex immigration solutions
Qualifications
JD
from an
ABA‑accredited law school
Active Florida Bar membership
in good standing
2–3 years
of experience in
business and family‑based immigration
within a law firm environment
Exceptional
writing, communication, and interpersonal
skills
Fluency in Spanish and English
preferred
