Job Details 100% Remote Contract to Hire Entry Level Attorney / Associate Attorney needed for growing employment law firm based in California.
Hourly rate $40-45/hr
Expected commission of $2,000+ per month

Conversion to permanent direct hire after 3 months

Pre-litigation role on negotiation team, communicating with opposing counsel to pursue settlement or mediation of cases.
Qualifications
California Bar license
California residence
Willingness to work contract for 3 months before conversion to permanent direct hire
