Why This Opportunity Stands Out

You’ll own the asset lifecycle — underwriting, development oversight, operations, and exit strategy.

You’ll work directly with senior decision-makers and have a real voice in investment direction.

You’ll join a small, high-performing team where your work has immediate impact.

You’ll grow into a role that blends investments, development, asset management, and strategic oversight.

If you’re motivated by responsibility, visibility, and building long-term value, this is an exceptional opportunity.

What You’ll Do You will manage and support performance across a portfolio that can include commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, industrial, and land/development assets.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models in Argus Enterprise and Excel for valuations, returns, and scenario planning.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Evaluate asset‑level KPIs (IRR, equity multiple, cash yield, YOC, etc.).

Partner with internal teams and external operators, developers, and leasing partners.

Prepare business plans, capex strategies, and investment memos.

Support acquisition due diligence, development monitoring, lease‑up analysis, and exit strategies.

Identify opportunities to increase NOI, reduce risk, and improve long‑term value.

What We’re Looking For Core Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in asset management, real‑estate underwriting, development analysis, or related fields.

Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and advanced Excel modeling.

Strong understanding of real‑estate financial concepts (IRR, equity multiple, waterfalls, cap rates, cash flows).

Experience with commercial or multifamily assets (mixed‑use, industrial, office, or retail also valued).
