CommonSpirit Health Our 20‑bed unit cares for a variety of patients with acute medical conditions, including sepsis, digestive disorders (GI bleeds, pancreatitis, and other gastrointestinal disorders), heart failure, and cellulitis. In this unit, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients with diverse diagnoses and have the opportunity to learn something new each day. The team welcomes nurses ranging from new graduates to seasoned clinicians with over 30 years of experience. Responsibilities The registered nurse provides high‑quality, skilled nursing services. Assists patients in achieving optimum health and functional status following an illness requiring hospitalization. Collaborates with physicians and other health care professionals to prepare patients and families for discharge to home or another setting for continued care. We deliver inspired people to do meaningful work. Requirements Current WA State RN license is required. Recent RN experience with acute care patients. CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work. Other certifications may be required for specialty areas. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing. Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post‑hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
