You’ll work alongside a team of passionate engineers and designers committed to innovation, sustainability, and exceptional client service. Together, you'll contribute to forward‑thinking solutions that support both high‑performance buildings and the next generation of engineering leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical design for facilities and infrastructure projects, from early‑stage planning through construction documents.
Deliver HVAC, plumbing, and sustainable mechanical systems aligned with energy‑efficiency and client objectives.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and internal teams to ensure integrated, constructible solutions.

Represent the firm in client meetings and at industry events, helping to shape technical direction and business development.
Ensure project compliance with relevant codes, regulatory standards, and sustainable design principles.
Provide input to proposal development and strategic client pursuits.
Explore opportunities in green building design, renewable systems integration, and decarbonization strategy.
