This is a hands-on role where you’ll help create clean, accurate financials, partner across multiple business groups, and play a key role in refining reporting processes as the company scales.

Financial Reporting Manager Location:
Carson, CA (5 days onsite) Compensation:
Up to $140k DOE + 10% Bonus + Benefits
What You’ll Take Ownership Of
Producing timely, reliable consolidated financial reports across the organization.
Driving month-end and quarter-end close deliverables.
Reviewing submissions from various business units to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Preparing internal reporting deliverables for senior leadership.
Partnering with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve reporting discrepancies.
Identifying gaps and helping streamline processes, documentation, and reporting systems.
Supporting audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests.
Assisting with onboarding new entities and evolving corporate reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
6+ years of accounting/financial reporting experience within a
corporate or multi-entity environment .
Strong analytical ability and comfort validating large volumes of financial data.
Solid grasp of
US GAAP and IFRS and core accounting principles .
Familiarity with major ERP systems (any large platform is beneficial).
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of key deadlines.
Bachelor’s in
Accounting, Finance, or related field ; CPA preferred.
US Citizens and Permanent Residents only (no sponsorship available). Compensation: $140,000 per year
