Overview A large-scale enterprise transformation initiative is underway to replace a legacy platform, impacting data and functionality across the organization. The project is in its early stages, with a clear understanding of the current state and a high-level architectural vision for the future. We are seeking a Principal Architect to lead the definition of scalable process frameworks, ensure process compliance, and design transformation plans that will guide development efforts. This role requires close collaboration with enterprise architects, systems analysts, data architects, and cross-functional teams across various workstreams. The Principal Architect will work with business units, IT, and leadership to align process architecture with strategic goals and maintain comprehensive documentation, models, and repositories. Responsibilities Define and implement scalable process frameworks aligned with future-state enterprise architecture. Ensure process compliance across workstreams and guide transformation planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements and translate them into actionable architecture strategies. Develop and maintain process architecture documentation, models, and repositories. Provide architectural leadership and strategic direction for ERP-related initiatives. Facilitate alignment between business goals and technical frameworks. Support long-term planning and execution of enterprise transformation efforts. Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Extensive experience designing architectures for large ERP programs. Proven ability to drive strategy through sound architectural and technical frameworks. Strong background in enterprise architecture, process modeling, and transformation planning. Experience working in or supporting retail environments is highly preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex initiatives. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Compensation range for position is $162,000 – $180,000 DOE. Benefits and bonus information can be found at
