Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead risk reporting initiatives and ensure accurate, actionable insights for executive leadership. This role requires deep expertise in risk management processes, metric design, and ServiceNow ERM workflows. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical implementation, ensuring robust risk governance across the organization.
Responsibilities
Coordinate, prepare, and present risk metrics to executives and board‑level stakeholders.
Ensure risk metrics are meaningful, accurate, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Design and vet risk metrics beyond simple data collection.
Identify and implement the right metrics to drive informed decision‑making.
Oversee ERM workflows within ServiceNow, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Collaborate with technical teams to configure and optimize ERM modules.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for ServiceNow IRM modules.
Design workflows and data connections, ensuring alignment with platform architecture.
Act as a liaison between technical platform teams and business stakeholders.
Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience in risk reporting and governance at an enterprise level.
Expertise in designing and validating risk metrics.
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ERM and IRM modules.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data integrations (not a developer role, but technically fluent).
Ability to specify technical requirements and guide implementation.
Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Strong organizational and program management capabilities.
Compensation range for position is $108,000 – 120,000 DOE.
