Rainier Recruiting is partnering with an early‑stage technology marketplace that has reached eight‑figure annual revenue and is continuing to scale aggressively. The organization develops a marketplace platform used by leading companies to fill high‑impact roles quickly and cost‑effectively. The company is expanding its sales organization and is hiring multiple Sales Development Representatives to drive top‑of‑funnel pipeline, support revenue targets, and help develop repeatable processes for scale.
Compensation:
$72,000 – $96,000 Base | $120,000 – $160,000 OTE | Equity Available Location:
100% in office in San Francisco
Responsibilities
Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers
Execute outbound campaigns across email, phone, and social channels
Conduct discovery conversations and book qualified meetings for Account Executives
Collaborate closely with sales leadership and peers to build and improve pipeline generation practices
Track activity and performance metrics with consistency and attention to detail
Contribute ideas that improve messaging, efficiency, conversion rates, and team performance
Qualifications
0–3 years of professional experience; recent graduates with sales potential encouraged to apply
Demonstrated record of high performance or achievement (academic, professional, athletic, or personal)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Goal‑oriented mindset with a desire to compete and improve
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
Preferred Qualities
Experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or a related commercial role
Evidence of initiative, resilience, and creativity in pursuing opportunities
Interest in advancement into closing roles

You have multiple short job tenures (under one year)
You have more than 4 years in non‑closing SDR/BDR roles
