Service Sales Manager – Edwards Vacuum Atlas Copco/Edwards Vacuum believes that there is always a better way. As a Service Sales Manager, you will help us grow the US Semiconductor service business by identifying new OnTool (Fab) and Sub‑Fab service opportunities, developing commercial strategies, and ensuring our customers receive the best service experience.

Responsibilities

Drive profitable growth of the US Semiconductor service business by identifying new OnTool (Fab) and Sub‑Fab service offerings, developing commercial strategies and proposals, and assisting key account plans and market sector plans for North America.

Act as the Voice of the Customer to guide product development and deployment.

Assist in developing service revenue, margin targets, forecasts and measurement reporting.

Assist the Service Sales Director in defining annual service share and penetration targets with Business Line Managers and the Customer Center General Manager.

Act as part of the US Customer Center Service management team to develop supporting infrastructure and resources to deliver Customer Center and Divisional strategies.

Assist in managing all aspects of Service regional pricing policy and discount entitlement management (services and spares) within global guidelines, in collaboration with Equipment Business Line management.

Drive, coordinate, and report on the implementation of new Service Products and Service Marketing campaigns in the region.

Contribute to the development and delivery of marketing collateral materials for Edwards Service, Sales, Customer Care staff, channel partners, and distributors when appropriate.

Assist in developing financial models to quantify and demonstrate the value of performance‑based service contracts to customers, quantify anticipated risks and rewards, and monitor and report actual performance of executed contracts.

Assist in developing, measuring, and reporting revenue, margin targets, and forecasts.

Support the service supply chain and Service Technology Centers (STCs) to achieve share and penetration targets.

Assist in developing regional pricing and discounting policy within global guidelines.

Collaborate with service and sales to define and present service plans and proposals for key customers, ensuring regular review and adaptation to meet achievements.

Obtain and compile information on equipment and competitors in the region to propose strategies and build customer preference for Edwards over alternatives.

Maintain punctual, regular and predictable attendance; work collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Relevant Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in an advanced technology environment; minimum of 3 years in marketing, product management, or other commercially‑oriented role in a service business or B2B sales.

Knowledge & Skills:

MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Other Requirements:

Availability for travel within the U.S.; strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem‑solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills; excellent communication, administrative, and customer‑facing skills; managerial experience in customer‑facing roles preferred.
