Base pay range $180,000.00/yr – $235,500.00/yr

What You’ll Do
Manage all phases of roadway and utility infrastructure programs—from planning and design through construction and closeout.
Highway Design & Construction
Oversee roadway geometry, pavement design, drainage systems, and traffic control plans.
Ensure compliance with FDOT and municipal standards during design and construction.
Utilities Integration
Coordinate water, sewer, stormwater, and other utility systems within roadway projects.
Work with utility providers to manage relocations and minimize service disruptions.
Serve as the primary liaison with clients, regulatory agencies, and community partners.
Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, and performance metrics; implement corrective actions as needed.
Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively.
Identify and resolve design, construction, and utility conflicts proactively.
Mentor project managers, engineers, and support staff to foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
15+ years managing transportation and utility infrastructure programs.
Proven success delivering large‑scale highway and utility projects.
Expertise in roadway design standards and utility coordination.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Willing to work 100% onsite in Davie, Florida.
Preferred Qualifications
25+ years managing transportation and utility infrastructure programs.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with design software (MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil 3D) and scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Extensive experience with FDOT projects and standards.
