What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop innovative insights for legal operations leaders regarding contracts management and CLM technology
Stay updated on trends and market developments related to contracts management and legal technology
Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges and establish consistent thought leadership
Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights for clients and vendors
Deliver high-value presentations at Gartner events and client briefings
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 12 years of relevant field or industry experience
Strong knowledge of contracts management processes and CLM technologies
Demonstrated experience with vendor markets related to CLM and associated tools
Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with primary vendors in the CLM space, such as Docusign and Ironclad
Experience advising and presenting to senior executives like General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officers
Subject matter expertise in GenAI trends impacting the CLM market
