What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Research, analyze, and predict market trends and shifts to provide actionable insights to clients
Stay informed on developments in emerging technologies relevant to Infrastructure & Operations
Collaboratively write and publish analyses based on evidence‑based research
Present complex concepts to senior‑level executives both virtually and in‑person
Partner with sales and service delivery teams to enhance account growth and client engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in a related field with a focus on data networks and end‑user organizations
Ability to articulate technology and business adoption scenarios for senior IT leaders
Deep expertise in wide area networking, network architecture, and managed services
Strong working knowledge of emerging models like SASE and NaaS, and cloud connectivity optimization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with security principles specific to networking, including Zero‑Trust
Knowledge of major service provider offerings and emerging vendors in the industry
Broader understanding of connectivity drivers related to enterprise applications and cloud migration
