The Opportunity The AI Finance Senior Manager is a crucial role responsible for supporting the Finance Applications Data Lead in executing the overall data management strategy for finance applications. You will leverage deep expertise in finance applications and data management to support key finance personas and develop the “FDL consulting blueprint” service offering.
Your Key Responsibilities
Work closely with finance, IT, and data science teams to manage and utilize finance application data.
Lead design and delivery of system architecture solutions with technical teams.
Tailor technology platforms to business processes to maximize investment and continuous improvement.
Manage complex processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and risk management.

Monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.

Support Data Management Strategy Execution for finance applications.
Define data requirements, architecture, and models considering ML and Gen AI technologies.
Lead design and implementation of an extensible common information model for the FDL Blueprint.
Develop and maintain documentation such as data dictionaries, ER diagrams, and lineage maps.
Collaborate with data scientists and finance SMEs to apply ML and Gen AI techniques.
Support robust data governance framework for the FDL.
Stay current with advancements in ML, Gen AI, Data Management, and Azure technologies.
Ability to travel as required for client engagements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science.
Minimum seven years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, modeling, variance analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
Strong proficiency with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud Suite, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, or Tagetik.
Solid understanding of financial data architecture and governance, including modeling, chart of accounts, data quality, reconciliation, and master data management.
Knowledge of finance applications including PnL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow modeling.
Excellent communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, and business skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally You’ll Also Have
Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, MIS, or IT preferred.
Adaptability to changing technology landscapes and industry trends.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and client trust.
Proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
Experience leading diverse teams in dynamic environments.
