Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced UAT Engineer with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and eCommerce Strategy. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in these areas and must possess a solid understanding of telecommunications processes related to Lead-to-Order (L2O), O2C, and system integrations across CRM, ERP, and billing systems. This is a fully onsite role in Seattle with high potential for extension.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
eCommerce Strategy (P3 – Advanced)
Required Experience & Responsibilities
Telecom Domain Expertise
Strong understanding of Telco and Broadband connectivity business processes.
Knowledge of telco‑specific product bundles, quotes, order automation, billing, usage‑based charges, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation.
Lead-to-Order (L2O) Responsibilities
Manage customer leads and create complex product bundles.
Generate telecom service quotes and automate order creation workflows.
Order-to-Cash (O2C) Responsibilities
Manage high‑volume customer order processing.
Test complex billing processes (usage‑based billing, credit checks).
Ensure accurate invoicing and revenue flow validation.
System Integration Testing
Validate seamless data flow between CRM, ERP, and Billing Systems.
Conduct end‑to‑end UAT across integrated telco systems.
UAT Planning & Strategy
Develop comprehensive UAT strategies, test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
Define user‑centric acceptance criteria with business analysts and product owners.
Manage and coordinate realistic test data for customer orders, payments, and billing workflows.
Education Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
