What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive customer experience marketing strategy and roadmap

Analyze market trends and business intelligence to identify opportunities and assess program performance

Manage external agency partnerships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality standards and financial goals are met

Collaborate with market managers and communication teams to ensure effective program positioning and promotion

Mentor and provide expertise to other market managers, showcasing best practices in customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience

Eight years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer experience

Proven experience managing external agency relationships and negotiating contracts

Strong understanding of customer experience concepts and marketing strategies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience managing and forecasting marketing budgets to meet sales targets

Outstanding communication, project management, and collaboration skills

Ability to analyze complex data and transform it into actionable insights

Experience in initiating and driving strategic, cross-functional projects with minimal guidance
