The Family Medicine Physician will specialize in caring for the physical, mental and emotional well‑being of their patients and their families.

They are trained to care for all ages, from children age 5 to senior adults.

Because family practitioners are trained to treat the whole person, these specialists diagnose and treat the full range of problems people bring to their doctors.

They coordinate care with specialty physicians and other members of a patient’s care team.

Primary Responsibilities

See patients in an outpatient setting Monday‑Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (including new patients and corporate physicals)

Participate in the Family Medicine Call single call group (approximately once per month, weekday or shared weekend call with another physician)

Conduct annual physicals and wellness examinations

Provide preventive medicine services

Required Qualifications

Medical Degree (MD, DO)

Accredited Family Medicine Residency training

Licensed or willing to be licensed in the State of Texas

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $226,000 – $366,000.

Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance.

We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.

In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
