Clinical Psychologist – Integrated Behavioral Health Program Position: Clinical Psychologist – Integrated Behavioral Health Program

Overview We are seeking a clinical psychologist to work in the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) program in the Department of Psychiatry at Boston Medical Center (BMC). The ideal candidate would have expertise in treating a range of behavioral medicine interventions including sleep and pain-related issues, and other health-related challenges using evidence-based interventions such as CBT for insomnia, CBT for smoking cessation, and diabetes self‑management. This psychologist will likely work in a combination of primary care and specialty care clinics. We welcome clinicians with multilingual and multicultural backgrounds.

Requirements

Clinical PhD, Counseling PhD (or comparable degree). This search is open to psychologist candidates at all levels of career experience.

Excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal).

Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with colleagues, patients, clients and vendors across a spectrum of diversity, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, color, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, socio‑economic status, national origin, immigrant status, religious or spiritual identity, disability, veteran status, and/or limited English proficiency.

Location Boston, Massachusetts

Compensation Boston University School of Medicine offers a competitive salary commensurate with academic training and practice experience. Salary range: $80,2000 to $269,851. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and departmental budget.
