Position Overview Provide technical support and assistance to employees, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks. This role is essential in maintaining hardware and software installations, troubleshooting issues, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
Install and configure computer systems and software applications
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows and MacOS environments
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment
Deliver exceptional customer service and support to employees at all levels
Manage help desk requests and provide remote support as needed
Conduct training sessions for employees on new software or systems
Qualifications
Proven experience in IT support roles or related fields
Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software environments
Experience with hardware installations and configurations
Familiarity with Windows and MacOS operating systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and remote support tools
