WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own the outcome‑based roadmap for AI and tech products in the portfolio, grounded in client needs, technical constraints, and future‑back vision.
Lead cross‑functional product teams, mentor product managers, and establish a high‑performance culture.
Drive AI and tech innovation through discovery, validation, scaling, and continuous feedback, collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients.
Deliver cross‑product strategic initiatives, draft business plans, and secure internal funding for new innovations.
Collaborate with Global Solution Leaders on solution strategy, build/buy/partner decisions, and client engagements.
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, or a relevant field.
8–10 years of product experience with deep product intuition and a bias for validation and iteration.
Experience building products related to the Commercial Excellence solution and leading cross‑functional teams.
Strong storytelling, stakeholder alignment, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
Experience building with LLMs or other AI tools and a passion for learning new technologies.
Desirable Skills
Agile product development lifecycle experience and proven track record of scaling AI/tech products from ideation to market fit.
Advanced communication, facilitation, and consensus‑building skills.
Experience in consulting or advisory roles with a strong client‑facing focus.
U.S. COMPENSATION INFORMATION Base salary, discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, and Bain’s benefit package. Salary ranges vary by location (details below). For all other locations, pay is commensurate with market rates.
