Position Overview The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the supply chain and manufacturing processes. This role involves strategic planning, implementation of operational strategies, and management of resources to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Oversee supply chain management and manufacturing processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
Manage and optimize inventory levels across facilities to meet production and distribution needs.
Lead cross‑functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to align operational goals with the overall business strategy.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in food and beverage manufacturing.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manufacturing, liquid manufacturing, or food/beverage sector.
Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
Experience with 3PL and warehouse distribution operations is a plus.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
