Our client, a rapidly growing hospitality group in Miami, is seeking an
Accounting Manager
to join their team. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has strong experience in
month‑end close, financial reporting, and account reconciliations .

Key Responsibilities
Lead the
month‑end and year‑end close
process, ensuring timely and accurate financial results.
Prepare and review
journal entries ,
accruals , and
account reconciliations
(bank, balance sheet, P&L).
Maintain and analyze general ledger accounts.
Assist with
financial reporting , variance analysis, and budgeting support.
Oversee AP/AR processes and ensure proper internal controls.
Collaborate with operations and leadership teams across multiple hospitality locations.
Support audits and implement process improvements to streamline accounting functions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–7 years of accounting experience , preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or multi‑unit environment.
Strong understanding of GAAP, general ledger management, and month‑end close.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross‑functional teams.
