You have previously set an ambitious academic vision and taken ownership of the results. You have led visibly, not from the sidelines. When it comes to learning science, you’ve created tangible outcomes that demonstrate its effectiveness and earned credibility to share that story publicly. 2 Hour Learning is seeking its academic leader.
At 2 Hour Learning, we have developed a system in which students learn twice as quickly in only two hours per day. AI‑driven tutoring, mastery‑based advancement, and a fundamental break from traditional classroom design produce remarkable outcomes. We now seek a leader who can consolidate execution across varied school models, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the public advocate for a movement rooted in rigorous learning science.
This is not a theoretical academic position. It is a leadership imperative. You will own academic strategy in action, establish clear benchmarks, pinpoint execution shortfalls, and guide high‑performing teams toward measurable outcomes. You will convert our scientific underpinnings into operational rigor and articulate the case for this model on a global stage.
What You Will Be Doing
Develop academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum, motivational systems, and application design.
Conduct academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to confirm school teams are synchronized, responsible, and achieving targets.
Integrate data, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most impactful obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend concrete interventions.
Ensure strategic coherence via planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
Serve as the external representative of 2 Hour Learning in high‑profile settings, from conference keynotes to discussions with Ministries of Education, influencing global perspectives on education.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Engage in isolated curriculum experiments that fail to produce systemic impact.
Produce theoretical research disconnected from student outcomes or operational execution.
Shift accountability for performance to mid‑level managers or external consultants.
Depend on institutional reputation or abstract frameworks to convince skeptical audiences.
Director of Educational Strategy Key Responsibilities Expand and refine 2 Hour Learning’s validated academic model by aligning execution across multiple school sites, raising leadership expectations, and establishing yourself as the authoritative voice of a movement founded on rigorous science and demonstrated results.

Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar.
Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions.
Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders.
Nice‑to‑have Requirements
