You’ve articulated a clear academic vision in the past and taken ownership of its execution. You’ve led visibly, not from a distance. And your work in learning science isn’t superficial—you’ve developed something concrete, produced results that validate your approach, and established the credibility to present that work publicly. If this describes your background, 2 Hour Learning is seeking its strategic academic leader.

2 Hour Learning has developed a system in which students progress twice as quickly, studying just two hours each day. This is achieved through AI‑driven tutoring, mastery-based advancement, and a fundamental redesign of traditional classroom methods. Outcomes are consistently strong. We are now searching for a leader who can align execution across varied school environments, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the authoritative voice for a movement built on sound learning science.

This role is not about academic theory in isolation. It is a leadership charge. You will take ownership of academic strategy in operational terms, define rigorous standards, diagnose gaps in execution, and mentor high-performing teams toward measurable results. You will ground our scientific principles in operational rigor and advocate for this model on a global stage.

What You Will Be Doing

Develop academic frameworks that convert learning science principles into actionable direction for curriculum design, motivational architecture, and application development.

Conduct academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to confirm that school teams remain aligned, accountable, and results-driven.

Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation to produce academic ecosystem assessments that identify the most critical barriers to accelerated learning and recommend targeted solutions.

Ensure strategic alignment via planning cycles, structured feedback, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on student learning objectives.

Serve as the public representative of 2 Hour Learning in high-profile settings—from keynote presentations to engagements with Ministries of Education—advancing systemic shifts in global education thinking.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Working on narrow curriculum initiatives that fail to create system-wide impact.

Producing theoretical research disconnected from student outcomes or operational execution.

Handing off accountability for performance to mid‑level managers or external advisors.

Depending on institutional credibility or abstract theory to convince doubtful audiences.
