About the role You've shaped academic strategy before and delivered measurable outcomes. You're not experimenting—you've created something substantive, produced results that validate its effectiveness, and earned the credibility to represent it publicly. At 2 Hour Learning, we operate a system where students achieve learning outcomes twice as quickly in only two hours per day. Mastery‑based progression, AI‑driven tutoring, and a fundamental redesign of traditional classroom models produce these results. We now require a leader who can align execution across varied school implementations, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the public authority for a movement rooted in evidence‑based learning science.
What You Will Be Doing
Developing academic structures that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum design, student motivation frameworks, and application architecture.
Conducting execution reviews with Heads of Academics to maintain alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery across school teams.
Analyzing data, conducting interviews, and performing observations to produce academic ecosystem assessments that identify critical obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend targeted solutions.
Ensuring strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and progress monitoring focused on student learning objectives.
Serving as the senior representative of 2 Hour Learning in high‑stakes forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education, to influence global perspectives on educational models.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Working on disconnected curriculum initiatives that fail to produce systemic impact.
Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or operational implementation.
Transferring accountability for performance to middle management or external consultants.
Depending on institutional prestige or theoretical frameworks to convince skeptical audiences.
Director of Learning Science Key Responsibilities Expand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning's validated academic approach by aligning execution across school sites, raising leadership performance standards, and establishing yourself as the authoritative public representative of a movement built on rigorous science and demonstrated outcomes.

Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar
Fluent in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions
Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders
Nice-to-have Requirements
