Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
A rapidly expanding multi-specialty healthcare practice in Westchester County is seeking a strategic and accomplished Accounting & Finance leader to step into the role of Finance Director. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to shape the organization’s financial vision, strengthen operational performance, and play a key role in supporting its continued growth and clinical excellence across the region.
Job Function
Lead and streamline Accounting, Financial Reporting and areas Operations/Administration.
Mentor/Directly supervise team.
Budgeting/Forecasting + Strategic Planning.
Help transform back office - improve systems, data, procedures, etc.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
8+ years of Accounting and/or FP&A experience.
Healthcare Industry experience (medical reimbursement, etc.) - very strongly preferred.
Software and/or data implementation/migration/streamlining experience - BIG plus.
