Ekspert Counsel
We are seeking a talented Real Estate Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join a nationally recognized Real Estate Practice Group within a top AmLaw100 firm. This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated matters, gain direct client exposure, and grow within a dynamic and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate real estate and financing documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, licenses, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development agreements, and property management agreements.
Support a wide range of transactions involving hotel assets, condominium projects, and master-planned communities.
Handle acquisition, disposition, and financing matters, along with hotel management agreement negotiations.
Engage directly with partners and clients on complex real estate development and transactional matters.
Qualifications
3–5 years of real estate law experience.
Experience in hotel transactions (e.g., management agreements, acquisitions/dispositions, financing) and/or developer-side condominium or master‑planned community work.
Strong drafting, negotiation, writing, and communication skills.
Experience with real estate development and joint venture transactions is a plus.
JD from an ABA‑accredited law school.
Active Bar membership and in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction. (Timely admission to the Bar in the hiring office will be required.)
