Group Homes Responsibilities: Developing functional behavioral assessments and support plans Providing individual and group counseling Presenting psychotropic medications to the Human Rights Committee Training staff in behavior support plan implementation Referring individuals for psychiatric and psychological care Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in BIS fieldwork Master's degree in Psychology or related field Strong assessment and Behavior Support development skills Proficient in EMR systems, specifically PrecisionCare Ability to work flexible hours and travel within the metropolitan area Problem-solving abilities Empathy and professionalism Desired Skills: BCBA certification
