Group Homes Responsibilities: Developing functional behavioral assessments and support plans Providing individual and group counseling Presenting psychotropic medications and behavior support plans to committees Training staff in behavior plan implementation and monitoring Providing referrals for psychiatric care and evaluations Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in BIS fieldwork Master's degree in psychology or related field BCBA certification is a plus Strong assessment and behavior support development skills Proficient in EMR systems, specifically PrecisionCare Ability to work flexible hours and travel within the metropolitan area Excellent communication and teamwork skills Organizational and time management skills Problem-solving abilities Desired Skills: 5 years of experience with IDD individuals BCBA certification Advanced skills in psychological assessments Expertise in behavior support plan training Strong interpersonal skills
