Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and defects.
- Evaluate, select, and justify new manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures to enhance productivity.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and process flows.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by ensuring manufacturability and smooth transition from design to production.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and drive process enhancements.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with CAD software for designing fixtures, tooling, and production aids.
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control (SPC) methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced manufacturing simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
- Proficiency in PLC programming or industrial robotics
- Data analytics skills using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL
