Location: McINTOSH CARE & REHABILITATION – LONGMONT, CO.
$85,000–$105,000 annual salary dependent on discipline and experience. Director incentive available.

Responsibilities
Lead a strong therapy team and support an inter‑departmental team.
Effect change in facility clinical and program development.
Continue to treat patients and lead the therapy team.
Maintain strong infection control to keep staff/residents safe.
Assist in the case management/tracking of Medicare A rehab cases under the PDPM system.
Recruits rehab staff.
Manager and analyze department metrics including accurate billing.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory issues, including completion and maintenance of records, reimbursement denial management, and survey compliance.
Maintain relationships with hospital therapists, physicians, and key community members.
Provide direct patient treatment.
Duties
Implements and monitors the provision of facility Rehab policy and procedures.
Supervises rehab staff and ensures effective rehab staff orientation, training, and ongoing competency.
Coordinates rehab admissions and distribution of caseload.
Assists in the case management/tracking of Medicare A rehab cases under the PDPM system.
Recruits rehab staff.
Manages and analyzes department metrics including accurate billing.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory issues.
Maintains relationships with hospital therapists, physicians and other key community members.
Provides direct patient treatment.
Qualifications
Licensed PT / OT / PTA / COTA or SLP.
At least 3 years of experience as a therapist.
Supervisory and/or administrative experience in long‑term care rehabilitation preferred.
Knowledge of Medicare PDPM and ability to manage a variety of payors effectively.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
