Join NetSuite’s Direct Sales team as a Regional Sales Director focused on SMB businesses. You will manage a team of outside Sales Representatives who serve Mid‑Market and Corporate segments, driving revenue and achieving quota.

About You
3+ years of closing experience and/or sales management experience in SaaS/Technology sales.
Strong understanding of accounting or ERP solutions, plus the ability to negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Consistently among top producers with measurable sales results.
Proven leadership and coaching capabilities.
Strong work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication.
Tech-savvy and able to translate technology into customer value.
Curious, insightful, and perceptive.
Qualifications
Experience managing inside and outside sales representatives.
Expertise in business solutions and competitive sales strategy.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, innovative environment.
Compensation & Benefits
– Salary range $113,100 to $185,100 per year, plus commission and equity. Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
