NetSuite – Regional Sales Director – UpMarket West – High‑Tech

Join NetSuite’s Direct Sales team in a fast‑paced, innovative environment that serves Mid‑Market and Corporate SMB customers. The role requires a proven sales leader with experience managing inside and outside sales representatives. Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and coach a high‑performing team of outside (field) sales representatives. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue and quota targets at individual and team levels. Recruit, onboard, and train sales talent, focusing on sales strategy and deep product knowledge of NetSuite solutions. Monitor demand generation, track sales activity, and report on performance metrics. Craft compelling solution proposals that address the full suite of business applications. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of closing experience or sales management experience in SaaS/technology sales. Strong understanding of accounting, business, e‑commerce, ERP or CRM solutions, and the ability to negotiate pricing and contracts. Track record of exceeding sales quotas and meeting or surpassing performance metrics. Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills for a high‑volume sales team.
