Our client, a top Am law 200 firm, is seeking a Patent Agent to support its Biotechnology practice across Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Chicago. The starting salary for this position is $125k+. Qualifications
At least one year of patent prosecution and drafting experience focused on U.S. and foreign biotech applications. Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or Biochemistry. Ability to evaluate complex scientific technologies. USPTO admission is required. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
