Our client is a top Am law 200 firm, seeking a Patent Agent for its Biotechnology practice in Washington, DC, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and Chicago. The starting salary for this position is $125k+.
Qualifications
- At least one year of patent prosecution and drafting experience focused on U.S. and foreign biotech applications.
- Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or Biochemistry.
- Ability to evaluate complex scientific technologies.
- USPTO admission is required.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
