Job Requirements and Duties
Responsible for everything that happens during your shift—including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
Perform staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, maintain a perfect image and adherence to standards, provide great customer service, meet attendance and punctuality, ensure transportation to and from work, keep the store clean, manage marketing, and drive profitability.
Advancement Many team members start as delivery drivers and grow into franchise owners. From delivery driver to management, general manager to franchisee, or manager of corporate operations—there’s a path to success.

Qualifications
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training: orientation and training provided on the job.
Communication skills: write and give correct instructions, and verbally communicate with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
Make correct monetary change.
Take orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen: motor coordination, fast and precise movements, and the ability to operate a computer.
Physical Requirements
Standing: most tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking: short distances for short durations.
Standing/sitting for paperwork at a desk or table.
Lifting: bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lb) using a hand truck, with cases sometimes stacked up to 72 high.
Carrying: large cans (≈3 lb), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (≈12 lb each).
Pushing: trays on dollies, requiring up to 7.5 lb of force.
Climbing: occasional stairs or ladders for changing signs or maintenance.
Additional physical demands: stooping, bending, squatting, reaching (up to 72 in.), and hand tasks such as shaping dough, using a pizza cutter, and manipulating a pizza peel.
Tools: use of pencils, pens, computers, telephone, calculator, and other station equipment.
Additional Information Driving specific job duties: deliver product by car and then to customers, deliver flyers and door hangers. Requires a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery, and navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses.
Work Conditions Exposure to weather when delivering (adverse conditions), in-store temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F+ in some areas, fumes from food, corn‑meal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F, and sharp edges or moving mechanical parts.
