Role Overview: We’re seeking a Systems & Project Engineer (Level 3) who will own IT support and deployments. This is a 50/50 mix of projects and support, with the opportunity to move into a Service Manager / Team Lead role within 6–12 months. You will be the hands‑on technical lead for this client, driving deployments, resolving escalations, and working with remote Tier 2/3 engineers to ensure a seamless IT operation across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
Light networking: FortiGate firewalls/routers, VPNs, UniFi-style switches and APs
Partner with remote Tier 2/3 engineers to coordinate tasks and ensure timely updates
Build a relationship with the client; keep a pulse on their IT roadmap and identify areas to improve support
Maintain clear documentation and follow internal standards
Assist in operational scaling for new offices as the company expands in Southwest Florida
Qualifications:
MSP experience required.
Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and cloud‑based environments.
Networking fundamentals, firewalls, VPNs, switches/APs.
Level 2–3 technical skillset with project and support experience.
Medical & Dental (BCBS).
