Senior Systems Engineer
who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, mentoring teammates, and delivering an exceptional client experience. We support a wide range of industries and operate in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment rooted in accountability, teamwork, and customer care.
This role blends remote work, in‑office collaboration, and local onsite client visits within Brooklyn.

Remote (project work, escalations, troubleshooting)
40%
In‑office at our Oceanside HQ (team collaboration, escalations, mentorship)
10%
Local onsite client visits in Brooklyn (deployments, escalations)
All travel is local and fully reimbursed
What You’ll Do
Serve as the final technical escalation point for server, network, and cloud issues
Diagnose and resolve advanced problems involving Windows Server, AD, Azure AD, O365, Intune, and VoIP
Manage and prioritize tickets in ConnectWise with excellent documentation
Perform proactive maintenance, patching, monitoring, and system optimization
Deploy and configure servers, firewalls, switches, workstations, and wireless systems
Lead client onboarding and migrations, including O365 setup and data transfers
Implement and troubleshoot security solutions (EDR, MFA, encryption, etc.)
Conduct network and security audits to identify and mitigate risks
Mentor Tier 1 & Tier 2 technicians and guide escalation processes
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams
What You Bring
Must have MSP industry experience
Expert knowledge of Windows Server, Azure AD, Office 365, Intune, and networking
Strong hands‑on experience with firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet, or similar), switching & wireless
Experience with server builds, virtualization (Hyper‑V/VMware), and backup solutions
Proficiency with ConnectWise or similar PSA/RMM tools
A reliable car for local Brooklyn travel
