A leading multi-service organization in Queens, NY is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join its team as a their new Clinical Supervisor. In this role, the Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to Behavioral Analysts and BIS staff within various residences.

12pm to 8pm (Flexible time to provide the best service) Setting:
Group Homes and Apartment Buildings Responsibilities: Developing and revising policies and procedures for the department Providing administrative and clinical supervision to BIS staff Acting as a liaison between Behavioral Services and clinical departments Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with OPWDD standards Developing and implementing in-service training for staff Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory experience Master's Degree in Psychology Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience in Developmental Disabilities Proficiency in Behavioral Analysis and support plan implementation Strong leadership abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Desired Skills: Advanced knowledge of Positive Behavioral Supports Proficiency in EMR systems like PrecisionCare
