Brief Description

Due to growth and expansion, we are seeking a Superintendent to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on self‑performed concrete work, site work, and underground utility installation. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience managing field crews and a proven track record of delivering high‑quality civil construction projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field crews on utility and concrete construction projects, including water lines, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and associated civil site work.
• Manage daily field operations including layout, excavation, trenching, pipe installation, and structural concrete placement.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain schedule and production targets.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and project requirements.
• Interpret construction drawings, details, and specifications; proactively address and resolve field conflicts.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, engineers, and owners to coordinate workflow and address project issues.
• Maintain daily jobsite records, including production tracking, safety logs, and inspection documentation.
• Lead jobsite safety meetings, toolbox talks, and quality control checks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field leadership experience in water, wastewater, and civil utility construction.
• Ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings and project documents.
• Experience with layout and digital field reporting tools.
