A leading global law firm is seeking a
Litigation Associate (4th–7th year)
to join its New York office. This role offers the opportunity to work on
complex commercial litigation, class action defense, and financial services disputes
alongside a collaborative, cross-office team.
We are looking for candidates with exceptional legal skills and a drive to take ownership of significant matters while working closely with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and draft briefs addressing sophisticated legal issues.
Prepare for and participate in motion arguments.
Draft deposition outlines and exhibits; deposition experience is a plus.
Contribute to trial preparation, including examination outlines and exhibits.
Manage discovery, document review/production, and coordinate with experts.
Work strategically with clients on case development and execution.
Qualifications
JD with 4–7 years of litigation experience, preferably at a top law firm.
Strong academic credentials; Law Review, Journal, or Moot Court a plus.
Admission to the New York State Bar required.
Admission to the Southern/Eastern Districts of New York preferred.
Excellent research, writing, case management, and client-facing skills.
Compensation The expected
salary range is $250,000 – $370,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is included.
