Base Pay Range $165,000 - $230,000 per year.

About the Role Experienced labor and employment attorney sought for a San Francisco office. Key Responsibilities

Defend employment‑related claims in state and federal court.

Work directly with clients and develop case strategies from intake through resolution.

Handle all phases of discovery, depositions, and motion practice (with assistance from the law & motion team).

Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and trials.

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional and new clients.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience defending employers in a law firm environment.

Solid employment‑law history.

Admission to the California bar required.
