As the

Manager, People Analytics , you will develop and execute the enterprise People Analytics strategy, turning workforce data into actionable insights that shape talent strategies, enhance business performance, and inform enterprise‑wide decisions. You will partner with HR and business leaders, oversee analytics tools and dashboards, and ensure consistent, accurate, and meaningful delivery of workforce metrics. Responsibilities

Develop and Execute People Analytics Strategy:

Define and lead the enterprise People Analytics roadmap, identify key metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, internal mobility, time‑to‑fill), and align them with organizational goals. Design and Maintain Dashboards and Reports:

Oversee the creation and optimization of interactive dashboards and reports for HR and business leaders using tools such as Omni, Power BI, or Tableau; ensure accurate integration of data from Dayforce, ATS, and other systems. Deliver Advanced Analysis and Insights:

Lead in‑depth analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities—examples include root‑cause analyses of turnover, predictive modeling for retention, and correlation studies between training and performance. Manage Reporting and Presentations:

Prepare and present regular workforce analytics reports (monthly summaries, quarterly dashboards) to HR and executive leadership; translate data into clear recommendations. Ensure Data Governance and Quality:

Partner with HRIS, IT, and other stakeholders to maintain data integrity, define metrics, validate processes, and promote best practices for secure, ethical data handling. Collaborate and Consult Across the Organization:

Serve as an internal consultant to HR and business partners; support forecasting, labor modeling, and evaluation of people initiatives; coach stakeholders on dashboard use and data interpretation. Build Analytical Capability and Influence:

Promote analytical fluency throughout HR by coaching partners on data interpretation; lead by influence to foster evidence‑based decision‑making. Advance the People Analytics Function:

Continuously evolve tools, methodologies, and processes to scale People Analytics; stay current with emerging trends (e.g., AI‑driven insights).

Handle Sensitive Data Responsibly:

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and data security when handling employee and organizational information. Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field with a strong quantitative focus. Experience:

5+ years in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related field. Proven ability to translate data into insights that influence decisions. Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Omni, Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel. Experience working with large data sets and familiarity with SQL. Deep understanding of HR metrics and their business implications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree (Master’s in Analytics, I/O Psychology, MBA) or specialized training. 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or multi‑unit operations. Skills in R or Python for advanced analytics or predictive modeling. Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for non‑technical audiences. Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and maintain confidentiality.

Soft Skills:

Analytical curiosity, problem‑solving, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.

$120,000 - $140,000 depending on background and experience. This position is eligible to participate in the company bonus program based on performance. Benefits
