General Manager – Domino's Pizza
Be the leader who ensures every team member is performing at their best—whether it’s staff, customers, or your own manager. As a General Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of store operations, leading a dedicated team in delivering exceptional pizza service.
Responsibilities
Maintain cost controls, inventory, cash and customer relations.
Set the example and enforce 100% compliance with all company policies.
Staffing, scheduling and paperwork management.
Food management, schedule adherence and maintaining a perfect image of the store.
Provide outstanding customer service and enforce attendance & punctuality.
Ensure store cleanliness, marketing execution and profitability.
Drive continuous improvement and team growth.
Qualifications
Judgment, multitasking, and strong math skills.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly.
Ability to give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers.
Verbal, writing and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movement.
Skill to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Proficiency in customer service and cash handling.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for delivery duties.
Work Conditions In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+; exposure to varying weather during outside tasks; fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust; hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F; cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Requirements
Standing: majority of tasks are performed from a standing position.
Walking: short distances and durations.
Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs; cases up to 72” high.
Carrying: large cans, pizza sauce, trays of dough (up to 12 lbs each).
Pushing/Pulling: trays on dollies (up to 7.5 lbs force).
Climbing: occasional stairs or ladders for maintenance.
Bending & Squatting: frequent near the pizza assembly station.
Reaching: up to 72” for oven controls and shelf tasks.
Additional Information Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes and deliver product while carrying orders and using a vehicle. Maintain a safe driving record and meet company standards.
