Job Description As General Manager you will:
Oversee all day‑to‑day store operations, cost controls, inventory, cash and customer relations.
Enforce company policies and procedures and set an example for your crew.
Manage staffing, paperwork, scheduling and marketing.
Maintain store cleanliness, image and safety.
Qualifications
Experience in a fast‑food or retail environment.
Strong math skills – adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing accurately and quickly.
Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
Ability to operate equipment and enter orders using a computer or touch screen.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, push or pull trays, and work in varying temperatures.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with insurance for on‑premise and delivery tasks.
Work Conditions Exposure to heat, hot surfaces, fumes, and varying outside weather. Work in temperatures ranging from 36° to over 90° and handle concrete and flooring surfaces.
Advancement Opportunities Staff can rise from delivery driver to general manager, and ultimately to franchise owner or corporate operations manager.
