Responsibilities
Provide primary‑care services per Eventus WholeHealth protocol in long‑term care and geriatric settings.
Review and sign medication orders and manage prescribed medications within 24 h.
Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation during each facility visit.
Work with facilities to manage medication plans and attend care‑plan meetings.
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement meetings.
Stay available for on‑call duties 8 AM‑5 PM by text or phone; assume E‑care triage duties as needed.
Submit documentation and billing records promptly per event schedules.
Maintain open communication with facility staff and administration.
Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards, laws, HIPAA, and CPT coding.
Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
MD or DO licensed to practice.
Minimum 3 years of long‑term care and geriatric experience preferred.
AMDA certification a plus.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
