Physician/Medical Director

Position Summary:
Join our team at Eventus WholeHealth as a physician at a state-of-the-art practice, earning up to $400,000 in a private practice setting. Work in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, leading a team of Advanced Practice Providers and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide primary‑care services according to Eventus WholeHealth site‑specific protocols and standard of care for family medicine, geriatric, or internal medicine in long‑term care facilities.
Review and sign MARs, orders, labs, and manage scheduled medication prescriptions per facility and company policy.
Allocate adequate time per visit for paperwork and administrative duties.
Collaborate with facility systems, attend care‑plan and QA/PI meetings.
Available on call 8 AM–5 PM during scheduled work days, with triage policies and schedules subject to change.
Submit documentation and billing records to Eventus WholeHealth per billing schedules.
Maintain open communication with facility staff and administration; provide feedback on medications and caregiver information.
Adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards, policies, regulatory and ethical guidelines, HIPAA, CPT coding guidelines.
Maintain patient confidentiality and appropriate use of technology.
Qualifications
Licensed MD or DO
3 years in long‑term or geriatric care preferred
AMDA Certified (a plus, not mandatory)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
