This role will handle a high volume of client communication, schedule appointments, prepare documents, manage attorney time entries, and assist with billing and calendar maintenance. They will also support special projects, maintain client records, and work collaboratively with the office team while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and strong organizational efficiency. Detail-oriented and highly organized Proactive with strong problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal Skilled in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and willing to learn firm-specific software Discreet and trustworthy, with a strong sense of client confidentiality Comfortable working independently under pressure Experienced (preferably) in Trust and Estate law A team player who collaborates well with office staff Flexible and available to work overtime when needed What's on Offer
