The position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Senate Office Buildings. The Floor Maintenance Technician Assistant Supervisor assists with the supervision of Floor Maintenance Technicians. The Assistant Supervisory will also assist the supervisor in assigning duties and reviewing the work of subordinates, as well as planning schedules and coordinating work operations and solving problems related to the work performed by Floor Care Unit employees.
Duties • Assist in supervising Floor Maintenance Technicians.
• Assign duties and review the work of subordinates.
• Plan schedules and coordinate work operations.
• Solve problems related to work performed by Floor Care Unit employees.
Requirements
Ability to supervise and perform as a working supervisor in floor maintenance technician work.
Must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement (screen-outs required).
